GreenFlux

Head of UX Design
- Managing GreenFlux’s UX team to work on EV Portal and Charge Assist, reducing friction in user interactions and enabling customer self-service
- Working on the redesign and implementation of a scalable design system, improving consistency across multiple product interfaces
- Introduced a user-centered design process, which increased feature adoption
- Optimised workflows and reduced product delivery times
- Enabled seamless collaboration between design and development teams, cutting design iteration times
