What I Do

I'm a Product & UX Design Manager who specialises in leading remote-first , async-first design teams. Over the past decade, I've helped scale design operations at companies like GreenFlux and Spotzer, focusing on influence over headcount and building design systems that enable autonomy .

My approach centres on building trust remotely , establishing clear principles and processes , and creating systems that let teams move fast without constant synchronisation.

Currently Head of UX Design at GreenFlux , where I manage the design team behind EV Portal and Charge Assist . Always interested in connecting with remote-first companies building complex SaaS products.
